Old Barns, Cows, & Flowers

Today I’m sharing some photographs that I’ve taken throughout the summer at various places we’ve visited or driven by.

I love old buildings with crumbly paint and worn fixtures–door knobs and locks and windows. I hope you enjoy the views.

  1. Really good photos, Diana! Of course, I love the flowers, but those cows! And looking at a dilapidated house is really cool, but I sure wouldn’t want to own it and its maintenance, lol. Thanks for sharing all the views.

    1. Thanks so much Rita. Yes, the flowers are so YOU! I know, the weight of responsibility for those old buildings–I wouldn’t want it either. Thanks for popping by–

  2. Wow, these beautiful photographs are stunning! They would be so pretty framed in a grouping on the wall.
Good work Diana, you really have a good eye for photography.

  3. You have a great eye, and I too, love old doors and windows. Makes me think of the stories connected within the walls, the faces peering out or in. History has a way of centering our souls, if we only pay attention…LOVELY post! thanks, Sandi

  4. Absolutely gorgeous photos Diana! I love the time worn, rustic, nature, and cows!! We will be in New England in Oct. and look forward to seeing some wonderful things like this! Thanks for sharing with SYC.
    hugs,
