Hi everyone! Hope you’re having a great day. There’s not much in this world that can be bought for ten cents, but today’s wreath craft is an exception.
I came up with this idea a couple of years ago when I was teaching art at my daughter’s middle school. I wanted to do something a little different, something they’d be proud to take home.
While strolling the aisles at the dollar store, I saw this package of garland and an idea began to percolate in my mind. Perhaps mini wreaths could be made with this?
Make a ring by connecting the ends together. I sort of made a loop at each end and hooked them together.
I used mini beads, pipe cleaner cork screws (wrap around a pencil, snip pieces off), a small bell, and some wired ribbon. This project can be used in many settings: school, Sunday school, or a senior center, for example. Easy but fun, the results can be very pleasing.
